A new century, a new starting point. Against the backdrop of the deep integration of electrification and intelligence, MG has renewed its brand image with orange, a symbol of vitality and passion, creating joyful experiences for users with youthfulness, trendiness, and smart fun, and continuing to lead industry trends.
Cyber X Makes Its Debut, Aiming to Become the First "Boxy" Model for Young People Worldwide
As an exploratory design work conceived for the global market, Cyber X was designed by Joseph Kaban, the creator of the original Bugatti Veyron. Positioned as a "global urban adventure toy," it uses a symbolic design language to create a fashion item for the new generation of young people that showcases an adventurous attitude, aiming to become the first "boxy" model for young people worldwide.
Cyber X has an upright silhouette and a confident stance, with short overhangs and a seamless integrated body surface that creates a highly contrasting visual effect. The body is painted in "Stargazer Tower Gray," presenting a matte sandstone texture when stationary and flowing with the light and shadow ripples of a glass curtain wall when moving. Paired with the classic pop-up headlight design from the last century, it delivers a highly premium expression.
The global debut of Cyber X marks the MG brand's narrative transformation from track passion to diverse scenarios, covering segments such as light off-road, urban commuting, and outdoor leisure through its "boxy" models, attracting a broader group of young consumers.
