After learning about a batch of suppliers' steer-by-wire chassis products at the Shanghai Auto Show, the value of Denza's first steer-by-wire chassis product in China continues to rise.
·Bosch Huayu exhibited its latest locally independently developed "He" platform steer-by-wire system and 48V solution. Based on the fully independently developed "He" platform, Bosch Huayu provides a complete solution for front-wheel steer-by-wire and rear-wheel steering equipped with domestically produced chips. Through precise response control of front-wheel steer-by-wire and intelligent coordination of the rear wheels, it achieves X4-axis coordination of the steering system. Nexteer's all-new rear-wheel steering system can make the rear wheels turn in coordination with the front wheels, with a maximum steering angle of up to 12 degrees, optimizing vehicle handling performance at both low and high speeds.
·Continental exhibited its latest generation of integrated brake-by-wire system, which adopts a compact integrated and lightweight design, highly integrating the brake master cylinder, booster, and control unit, reducing the total system assembly weight by nearly 30%. The system is developed based on a multi-logic architecture and is compatible with both distributed and centralized electronic and electrical architectures. In the evolution of its innovation roadmap, Continental's new electric calipers build a completely brake-fluid-free dry brake system, thereby reducing maintenance costs and enhancing environmental characteristics.
·Bethel fully showcased a series of cutting-edge products and technologies during the auto show, covering braking, steering, suspension, intelligent driving, lightweighting, and electric tailgates.
·Gelubo Technology appeared at the auto show with cutting-edge steer-by-wire chassis technologies and will release its three-axis integrated intelligent chassis technology roadmap. Gelubo has always implemented the concept of three-axis integrated chassis design. By complementing the functional advantages of each axis, it injects more innovative value into the vehicle's handling experience and intelligent interaction system in areas such as safety performance, ride comfort, system intelligence, and intelligent driving coordination.
·ZF has not yet officially announced which products it will feature at this auto show. It possesses a complete chassis product lineup including steer-by-wire, braking, and suspension. At the beginning of this year, it even announced that it would equip NIO's intelligent electric executive flagship ET9 with its latest generation steer-by-wire system. With a comprehensive set of steer-by-wire solutions, ZF has become one of the preferred global suppliers of chassis components and is also a major promoter and technology leader for future chassis technology.
