On January 17, BYD Auto officially announced the debut of the BYD Han L. The new car is built on the e Platform 3.0 and adopts the family's latest design language.

In terms of exterior, the new car was meticulously created by BYD Global Design Director Egger together with a top design team, continuing the latest design philosophy of the Dynasty Network family. Specifically, the front face of the new car adopts the latest LED light group, with a very sci-fi look. At the same time, the front hood of the new car also features recessed dual character lines, making the front styling more dynamic.

From the side, the new car adopts hidden door handles, and especially on the roof we can see a LiDAR, indicating that the new car has strong intelligent driving capabilities. In terms of body dimensions, the new car measures 5050/1960/1505mm in length, width, and height, with a wheelbase of 2970mm.

At the rear, the new car continues to adopt a through-type design, the main bodies of the taillights on both sides feature a winding light source shape internally, and the rear bumper is also designed in the style of a rear diffuser, with silver dual guards further deepening the vehicle's sporty feel.

In terms of interior, the new car continues the latest family-style design language. A three-spoke steering wheel, paired with a fully digital instrument panel, is highly classic. In addition, the new car also adopts a two-tone design, creating a good sense of luxury.

In terms of power, the new car offers two powertrain options, namely a 1.5T plug-in hybrid system using fifth-generation DM technology and a pure electric version equipped with a single/dual motor. Among them, the plug-in hybrid version has pure electric range of 145km and 170km.

For the pure electric version, the rear motor of the single-motor version has a maximum power of 500 kilowatts, while the dual-motor version has a front motor of 230 kilowatts and a rear motor of 580 kilowatts.
