On June 28, Dongfeng Nissan NX8 was officially launched. The new vehicle comes in 7 models, with an official guide price of 159,900-209,900 yuan and a limited-time benefit price of 149,900-199,900 yuan. Two months after launch, NX8 locked orders have exceeded 12,000 units.

As the first model to be launched under Dongfeng Nissan's Tianyan Architecture 2.0, the NX8 is positioned as a "big, big, big five-seat smart comfort SUV." Its body dimensions are 4870×1920×1680mm, with a wheelbase of 2917mm and a space utilization rate of 83%. The trunk volume is 773L.

In terms of power, it offers two choices: pure electric and extended range. The pure electric version is equipped with an 800V high-voltage platform and 5C ultra-fast charging technology, with a peak charging power of 463kW, allowing a 300km range after 6 minutes of charging, and a maximum CLTC range of 650km. The extended-range version is equipped with a 1.5T range extender, with a CLTC pure electric range of 310km, a combined range of 1450km, and fuel consumption of 4.51L/100km when the battery is depleted.

In terms of intelligence, the NX8 is equipped with 29 high-perception sensors including lidar, and supports highway NOA, urban NOA, and full-scenario intelligent assisted parking.

The cabin is equipped with dual 15.6-inch 2.5K connected screens and a Qualcomm 8295P chip.

Quick comment:

A 150,000-yuan-class mid-to-large SUV, with an 800V platform + 5C ultra-fast charging + lidar + urban NOA, and the extended-range version also offers 310km of pure electric range. This set of specifications from Nissan is indeed rare among joint-venture brands. However, data is data; how the intelligent driving actually performs and how the chassis feels still require driving it to know. That said, with a limited-time price starting at 149,900 yuan, would you consider it? Let's talk in the comments.
