Recently, we obtained spy photos of the second model from Xiangjie through relevant channels. The new car is positioned as a C+ class luxury wagon, with body dimensions basically consistent with the on-sale Xiangjie S9, and is expected to be officially unveiled by the end of this year.

In terms of appearance, judging from the exposed spy photos, the new car has the body lines of a wagon, with an overall sleek and elegant shape. The front face is expected to continue the design approach of the Xiangjie S9, and the extended rear provides a larger-capacity trunk. The new car will be equipped with multiple lidar units and is expected to feature the HUAWEI ADS 3.3 advanced intelligent driving system.

In terms of power, the new car is expected to continue the powertrain configuration of the Xiangjie S9. For reference, the Xiangjie S9 offers single-motor and dual-motor power versions, among which the single-motor version has a maximum power of 227 kW, and the dual-motor version has a combined power of 385 kW.

Dada review: The Xiangjie brand is jointly created by Huawei and BAIC. Currently, only the S9 is on sale, with a guide price of 309,800-449,800 yuan. The new car in the spy photos will be built based on the Xiangjie S9. The wagon version is built on the regular version, and the chassis and components can be shared, which can minimize development time and development costs to the greatest extent. The new car is also expected to launch a range-extended version, and there may be export possibilities later. Xiangjie's third product will be positioned as a B+ class SUV, and advanced intelligent driving functions will still be its biggest selling point.
