December 15 news, the new FAW Toyota Corolla will be officially launched on December 21 at COROLLA DAY — the 2025 Corolla Owner Carnival. In terms of exterior, the front face of the new Corolla adopts the family's all-new design, with C-shaped daytime running lights and a narrow strip grille featuring styling characteristics of new energy vehicles. A trapezoidal air intake is designed at the bottom of the front bumper, and the rear switches to a three-segment taillight design. The continuous light strip in the middle and the LED light strip inside the light clusters stretch the visual width, while the original chrome decoration has been changed to black trim. The new car's length, width, and height are 4710/1780/1435mm respectively, with a wheelbase of 2750mm. The vehicle length has increased by 35mm compared with the current model, the wheelbase has increased by 50mm, and the rear door size is larger.

In terms of power, the FAW Toyota new Corolla hybrid dual-engine version adopts an oil-electric hybrid system composed of a 1.8L naturally aspirated engine and an electric motor, in which the 1.8L engine has a maximum power of 72kW and is equipped with a nickel-cobalt-manganese lithium battery pack. The fuel version model is equipped with a 2.0L naturally aspirated engine, with a maximum power of 126kW.
