Recently, Toyota released a teaser image of its all-new SUV. The SUV in the teaser image is the production version of the Toyota bZ Large concept car, and the interior will adopt a three-row seat layout. The new car will be produced in the United States, and its name will be chosen from bZ5x, Grand Crown, and bZ Highlander.

In terms of appearance, combined with previously exposed patent images, the front of the new car adopts a flattened design. The front face combines a closed grille, a through-type light assembly, and a trapezoidal air intake, and the sharp lines provide a strong visual impact. The side of the new car is equipped with electronic exterior rearview mirrors and hidden door handles. The rear shows a strong sense of power. The through-type taillight has a double-layer light group structure inside, and the rear bumper has a strong three-dimensional feel. It is expected that the tailgate will adopt a two-tone design.

The interior and powertrain information of the new car have not yet been released. It is expected to offer hybrid and pure electric powertrains, and more information is awaiting an official release from Toyota.

Dada Review: The production version of the Toyota bZ Large concept car has the same positioning as the Highlander, but it will be smarter and more premium than the Highlander. In overseas markets, it will compete with models such as the Kia EV9 and Hyundai Ioniq 9. Its starting price is expected to be 45,000-55,000 USD (about 320,000-390,000 yuan), and after being introduced to the Chinese market, the price will be in the 350,000-450,000 range, with an overall positioning higher than the Highlander. In the future, the new car will run in parallel with the Highlander on two lines to meet the needs of different consumers and will not completely replace the Highlander. Its launch time in China may be in 2027.
