Recently, FAW Bestune continued to release the latest official images of its B+ class new energy sedan, the Yueyi 08. The new car adds a lidar on the roof, will be equipped with an intelligent driving system jointly developed with Horizon Robotics, and features a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8295P cockpit chip.

In terms of appearance, the front face of the Bestune Yueyi 08 adopts a family-style design, and the Galaxy Waterfall dynamic LED light group is highly recognizable. The high and low beam light groups are located on both sides of the front bumper, and the bottom of the front bumper is equipped with an openable and closable air intake.

The side of the new car adopts a continuous waistline and semi-hidden door handles, and offers 18-inch and 19-inch wheel sizes as options. The new car's continuous taillight is paired with a transparent lamp housing, with a new English logo at the bottom. The recessed license plate frame and diffuser decoration enrich the visual layering. The new car's length, width, and height are 4920/1920/1475mm respectively, with a wheelbase of 2900mm.

In terms of power, the Bestune Yueyi 08 offers both pure electric power and extended-range power. The pure electric version is equipped with a drive motor with a maximum power of 202kW, while the extended-range version uses a 1.5-liter naturally aspirated engine as a range extender, with a maximum power of 70 kilowatts and a WLTC pure electric range of 178 kilometers.

Dada Review: The FAW Bestune Yueyi 08 is a brand-new B+ class mid-size sedan under Bestune. It debuted at the 2025 Shanghai Auto Show, with large space and a high-computing-power cockpit as its selling points. It is expected to start at 150,000 yuan for the pure electric version and 90,000 yuan for the extended-range version. The on-sale BYD Qin L DM-i and Geely Galaxy E8 are the most direct competitors of the Yueyi 08. The Bestune Yueyi 08's frameless doors, large space, and dual power are its advantages. Its affordable price will also attract more consumers, and it is expected to become a dark horse in the domestic new energy sedan market.
