Recently, TIME magazine officially announced its 2026 Best Inventions list. With outstanding product strength and leading technological innovation, the Denza Z was successfully selected as a Best Invention in the Transportation category. Public information shows that this is the first production model in China's high-end electric supercar segment to be included in the list.

As one of the world's most credible innovation awards, TIME's annual Best Inventions list has been published for more than 25 consecutive years since its first release in 2000, focusing on innovative products that "make the world better, smarter, and more fun." This year's list selected 300 innovative products worldwide, covering multiple fields including technology, healthcare, and transportation. Shortlisted products are nominated by TIME's editors and journalists around the world and through online submissions, and are selected through comprehensive evaluation based on originality, effectiveness, foresight, and impact. Those selected will be featured and promoted across TIME's entire platform, reaching more than 120 million people globally.
From TIME's selection perspective, the Denza Z's inclusion stems from its redefinition of mobility: resetting the performance standards of electric supercars with a three-motor architecture, and bridging the dual scenarios of track and street with intelligent magnetorheological suspension, moving supercars from "a toy for the few" to "daily life for more people." This kind of innovation capability, which both breaks through product boundaries and truly changes people's travel experience, is exactly the answer that "Best Inventions" is looking for.

The top-tier supercar has once again won international recognition. The Denza Z's inclusion stems from its systematic breakthroughs in vehicle architecture and original technology. As the world's first electric supercar equipped with the e-Platform 3.0 Pro three-motor system, the Denza Z adopts a three-motor four-wheel-drive layout with a single front motor and dual rear motors, with a combined power output of up to 1180 kW (1600+ horsepower) and peak torque of 1240 N·m, achieving "pixel-level" independent distribution of four-wheel torque; the track version accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in just 1.96 seconds and has a top speed exceeding 350 km/h, with performance comparable to fuel supercars costing tens of millions.
In the field of chassis and handling, the Denza Z is the world's first to feature the DiSus-M intelligent magnetorheological body control system, with a damping response time of less than 10 milliseconds, capable of thousands of dynamic adjustments per second, and supporting road preview and stepless suspension height adjustment, allowing both track rigidity and everyday comfort to be balanced; at the same time, the Denza Z breaks the limitation of traditional two-door supercars that can only accommodate two people with its 2+2 four-seat layout, allowing extreme performance and daily practicality to coexist.
Being selected for TIME's Best Inventions is another major international recognition for the Denza Z in 2026. Previously, the Denza Z completed its global debut at the Goodwood Festival of Speed in the UK, becoming the first production sports car from a Chinese brand to make its global debut on that stage; currently, the Denza Z has opened pre-sales in China, with a pre-sale price range of 680,000 to 1.18 million yuan, and is about to officially go on sale and be delivered in the fourth quarter.

This successful inclusion in TIME's 2026 Best Inventions list is not only a full affirmation of the Denza Z's innovation capability and technological strength, but also a powerful testament to China's new energy vehicles moving from product manufacturing to original invention. In the future, Denza will continue to adhere to technological innovation as its core, promote China's high-end intelligent manufacturing globally, and contribute to global green mobility.
