Same as usual, I'm a straight shooter. I don't look at the manufacturers' faces, and I certainly won't shill and help them brag. Those who take money and just praise nonstop, treating consumers like leeks to be harvested, I look down on them from the bottom of my heart.
Listen up, besides running promotions for the CR-V, Dongfeng Honda also gave the Civic a so-called "factory-side limited-time comprehensive benefits," saying it can reach up to 35,000.

And there are plenty of tricks in this: 28,000 in cash subsidies, 2,000 in financial credit subsidies, plus a trade-in subsidy of up to 4,000, and another 1,000 in mall points.
That's not all. It's said you can also stack the national or local trade-in subsidy on top, up to 15,000. The campaign runs from May 8 this year and ends on May 31.

To be honest, how much you can actually get in hand, brothers, you need to calculate clearly yourselves. Don't get dizzy from a pile of numbers, or you'll suffer a big loss.
By the way, the new Civic actually already showed up on March 1 this year. The official guide price for the gasoline version is said to be in the range of 129,900 to 159,900. If you look at the hybrid version, the price goes up to 139,900 to 177,900.

This price, among compact cars, is neither high nor low. Anyway, there are plenty of choices, it just depends on the money in your pocket and your personal preference.
For this new Civic, the looks basically copy the overseas version's design. The front grille gets an approximately hexagonal black honeycomb shape. Personally, I think it's okay, maybe a bit more energetic than before? On both sides of the front bumper, the fog lights are gone and replaced with vertical vent decorations.

In terms of body dimensions, length, width, and height are 4,685 mm, 1,802 mm, and 1,415 mm respectively (some versions are 1,420 mm high), with a wheelbase of 2,735 mm. This physique counts as a standard figure among compact cars, neither good nor bad.
Compared with the old model, the interior design style is roughly the same and doesn't give you too many flashy things. However, the infotainment system has been upgraded, using the all-new Honda Connect 4.0 intelligent guidance interconnect system.
This thing is said to support wireless phone connection for Apple CarPlay and Baidu CarLife, and navigation uses Baidu Maps. These functions should be quite practical for young people who can't live without their phones nowadays.

As for how it drives, that depends on which powertrain you choose. The new Civic offers two choices: a 1.5T engine and a 2.0-liter hybrid system. That 1.5T engine is also tuned in high-power and low-power versions.
The high-power version can produce a maximum of 134 kW and 240 N·m of maximum torque; the low-power version has lower figures, with a maximum power of 95 kW and maximum torque of 180 N·m.

Regardless of high or low power, they all come with a CVT continuously variable transmission. This CVT, well, smoothness is there, but if you want excitement, it may be just so-so.
If you're after fuel economy, you can look at that 2.0-liter hybrid system. It consists of a 2.0-liter naturally aspirated engine and an electric motor. The engine's maximum power is 105 kW, the motor's maximum power is 135 kW, and the transmission is an E-CVT. Honda's hybrids have always had a decent reputation; it just depends on whether the actual driving experience suits your taste.

On sales, I heard that in March this year, the Civic sold more than 3,000 units. This result is not top-tier, but still competitive. After all, the auto market is so fiercely competitive now; being able to reach this number shows that quite a few people still recognize this brand and this car.
The Civic's move this time, with both price cuts and a minor facelift, has an obvious purpose: to grab more share in the fiercely competitive market.

As for whether it's worth buying, I'll still say the same thing: look more, compare more, and don't follow every rumor you hear. The discounts are real, but whether the car itself suits you still depends on your own judgment.
What I can give you here is just to lay out the information I know, without favoring anyone or deliberately smearing anyone. I hope it can give friends who are currently car shopping a little reference.
