On May 28, 2025, XPeng officially launched two new models in the MONA M03 Max series. The 502 Long-Range Max Edition and the 600 Ultra-Long-Range Max Edition were launched at 129,800 yuan and 139,800 yuan, respectively. Also released at the same time were two Plus Edition models: the 515 Long-Range Plus Edition priced at 119,800 yuan and the 620 Ultra-Long-Range Plus Edition priced at 129,800 yuan.

The new cars continue the current models' closed front fascia and "T"-shaped light cluster design, but add three new paint colors—Star Dusk Purple, Subtle Moon Gray, and Star Rain Cyan—replacing the original Starlight Blue and Starry Void Gray color series. The body adopts a full-width fastback coupe profile, paired with hidden door handles, a liftback tailgate, and frameless rearview mirrors, delivering a stronger sense of technological sportiness.

Inside, a new Dawn Purple color scheme has been added, the steering wheel has been upgraded with multifunction physical buttons and heating, and the front seats feature a three-airbag lumbar support system to improve ride comfort. The entire lineup comes standard with a 15.6-inch central control screen and a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8155 chip, and the infotainment system has been upgraded to AI Tianji version 5.7.0, supporting high-end features such as 360-degree panoramic imaging and an 18-speaker audio system.

In a breakthrough for intelligent driving hardware, it is equipped with dual NVIDIA Orin-X chips, raising computing power to 508 TOPS, and features 26 sensors to enable highway/city NGP and intelligent parking functions. The company officially claims that its intelligent driving capability reaches the level of models priced around 500,000 yuan.

The powertrain uses FinDreams lithium iron phosphate battery packs. The Max Edition 502 km range model is equipped with a 140 kW motor, while the 600 km range model is equipped with a 160 kW motor, with peak torque reaching 225 N·m and 250 N·m, respectively.

The series has continued to sell well since its launch in August 2024, with cumulative sales reaching 61,340 units as of April 2025, accounting for nearly half of the brand's total sales. The new products received 12,566 firm orders within one hour of launch, further consolidating their competitiveness in the 150,000-yuan-class intelligent electric vehicle market.
