Recently, the mid-size SUV Leapmotor C11 under Leapmotor has been fully redesigned and has begun pre-sales, and will be officially launched on July 10. The new model is still offered in two versions, extended-range and pure electric. The extended-range version starts at a pre-sale price of 158,800 yuan, and the pure electric version starts at 165,800 yuan. The new car focuses on upgrading the intelligent driving module, with all versions equipped with LiDAR, 28 perception hardware units across the vehicle, and a Qualcomm 8650 chip. The company says it can achieve functions such as highway navigation assist and parking lot memory parking.

The new car's exterior has some minor changes. The extended-range version has removed the open grille at the front, and now looks the same as the pure electric version, appearing more unified and concise. The headlights have also switched to a new split design, paired with a continuous daytime running light strip, and silver trim has been added to the body as decoration, giving it a simple and imposing style. The body dimensions are unchanged, with a vehicle length close to 4.8 meters and a wheelbase of 2.93 meters. The 5-seat layout is very spacious to sit in.

The interior changes are also considerable. The center console has been redesigned, the front passenger screen has been canceled, and now there is a 17.3-inch large floating screen in the middle. The infotainment chip has been changed to the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8295, so operation smoothness should be better. The steering wheel has been replaced with a new two-spoke D-shaped design, and the interior colors add Floating Light Gray and Sandstone Brown. The seats use NAPPA eco-friendly genuine leather, and both the driver and front passenger seats have heating, ventilation, massage, memory, and welcome functions. The electric leg rest can be adjusted in 4 directions. In addition, there are configurations such as a fragrance system and a 21-speaker audio system. Whether these are available across all versions will only be clear after launch.

In terms of power and range, the extended-range version adopts a 1.5L range extender with a maximum power of 70 kW, the drive motor has a maximum power of 200 kW, and the CLTC pure electric range reaches 300 kilometers, which is basically enough for daily commuting. The pure electric version this time adopts an 800-volt platform, so charging speed should theoretically be faster. The motor power has been upgraded to 220 kW, and the CLTC range is 640 kilometers. The chassis comes standard across all versions with FSD shock absorbers and a front double-wishbone and rear multi-link suspension combination, so it should drive more steadily and comfortably.

Since its launch, cumulative sales of the Leapmotor C11 have exceeded 250,000 units. This facelift model has been upgraded in core aspects such as intelligence and range capability, and the overall product strength has been genuinely improved. Specific configuration details and the final selling price will be announced at the official launch on July 10.
